Unfortunately, the elevator was not working during the time of my stay, so we had to carry our bags up the stairs to get to the room. The customer service is professional and polite. Maid service was only every three days, which was fine but on the third day, all they did was empty the trash and put fresh towels in the room. Didn’t make the bed, shower gel wasn’t filled. The “free” breakfast was a joke."
