### Country house with outdoor games and fireplace, 4 bedrooms for 8 people

The perfect country house for creating holiday memories! Enjoy fruit tasting in the garden (figs, walnuts, apples, raspberries, blackcurrants, etc.), stories and meals by the fire, games of pétanque and table football, and a small children's pool from June to August.  
The spacious living areas offer sweeping or secret views of a terrace or the garden. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms can accommodate up to eight people. All-inclusive service.  
The cottage is a destination thanks to the games, both large and small, for the whole family: table football, trampoline, climbing frame, ping-pong table, racket games, pétanque, and badminton net.  
Shops and services are located in Craon (9.4 km).  
Craon and Château-Gontier offer sightseeing spots, castles, historic districts, museums, and a variety of sports facilities: aquatic areas, cycling trails (including the Vélo Francette®), a marina with boat and bicycle rentals, and more.  
Also discover the Robert Tatin Museum in Cossé-le-Vivien, an open-air museum featuring monumental sculptures.  
Pigeon hunting is possible from December to February on the 20 hectares surrounding the owner's cottage. Hunting permit required. Viewpoint and decoys are available. No hunting is permitted outside the cottage.  
Business stay: 5 people maximum. Detached house on 2 levels on landscaped grounds of over 7,500m². LEVEL 0 - Entrance with 25m² table football, closet with washing machine and dryer - Dining room 39m² with fireplace opening onto the 15m² equipped kitchen (oven, electric hob, microwave, refrigerator and freezer compartment, Magimix filter and espresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, raclette machine) - Living room 35m² with television, DVD player and decorative fireplace - Separate toilet - Bedroom (1) 18m² with 1 bed 160x200, storage and private bathroom 4m², bathtub, sink and hairdryer, private terrace.  
LEVEL 1 - Large hallway (15m²) - Bedroom (2) (11m²) with two 90x190 twin beds - Bedroom (3) (7m²) with two 90x190 bunk beds and storage - Bedroom (4) (7m²) with two 90x190 bunk beds and storage - Bathroom with toilet, double sink, and hairdryer.  
For babies: 1 travel cot - 1 newborn crib - 1 high chair and 1 booster seat - 1 food mixer - 1 changing mat - 2 step stools - 1 bathtub - 2 strollers (one 4x4 and one umbrella) - 1 playpen - and a bouncer.  
Shelters for storing bicycles and equipment.  
River runs along the property, with a planted border.  
Outdoor games: trampoline, children's climbing frame, various rackets, badminton net, ping-pong table, pétanque court, treetop rope - 3m x 1.75m x 0.8m unheated swimming pool from June 1 to August 31.  
Garden dining furniture, 4 deckchairs, charcoal barbecue.  
RJ45 outlets.
