With a total area of 90 square meters, Villa Anna can comfortably accommodate up to eight people. The house is on the main street of “Li Parlati”, an ancient village in upper Positano, and can be reached by a public elevator then climbing around 30 steps. The elevator it is open from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM. In alternative, there are 250 stairs. The villa is in a pedestrian area, so if you arrive by car, you will need to park in a public parking near, for a fee. Not included in the price, to be paid on site: • Final cleaning - 260,00 euro • Tourist tax 2,5 euros per day per person. Children under 10 years do not pay. Tax requested from April 1st to October 31 • Late arrival fee after 8:00 PM: 60,00 euros Inside, the villa boasts a bright and large open-plan area with living room and kitchen. The furniture is modern and simple but with elegant details. There is a king-size sofa-bed, a table with six chairs and a TV. French windows lead to the terrace, where there is a small table and chairs. The spectacular view stretches from the sea and the coastline all the way to Positano. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner hob, gas oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, moka pot, toaster and other small appliances. The house is located on the first floor of a bigger building that has different apartments, but is an independent house. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The villa has three bedrooms, each with air conditioning and heating, and two bathrooms. • Bedroom 1: queen-size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, window and French window leading to the terrace with sea view • Bedroom 2: queen-size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, window with sea view • Bedroom 3: queen-size bed, bedside tables, three-door wardrobe with mirror, casement window • Bed in living room: king-size sofa bed • Bathroom 1: sink, toilet, bidet, shower and hairdryer • Bathroom 2: sink, toilet, bidet, shower and hairdryer Support services are the key to a successful and worry-free holiday. That is from the point where we met with the host who walked with us up to the house to give us the keys. Actually, total steps was 900\. Pretty difficult especially in the heat of the day. We work out, play pickleball and hike but this was a real challenge. We had to have our luggage carried up for us at $15 a bag. No way most people could do it themselves. After the first few times up and down we got rather used to it and it was a good way to work off all we ate. Also note, they only allow limited toilet paper so you need to buy some when you get there. The rental is very nice and was clean. We did have ant problems though. Positano is beautiful but tons of tourists. Food was wonderful and an impromptu concert in the front of the church was the highlight of our visit. ##### Cathy L. The home does not justify the exorbitant cost. The climb to get up to the house is absolutely outrageous. We tried to carry our small bags on our own and had a porter for our bigger bags. We were out of breath, sweating and completely exhausted by the time we got all the way up. There is construction going on immediately to the left of the property with drills and loud banging. You also have to walk through two other porches of other families to get to this property. There are dogs and a young baby living directly next door. And unfortunately, the walls are very thin. We tried to get a refund as soon as we got up to the property but Amore Rentals was not willing to budge. Our stay in Positano was very negatively affected because each time we wanted to go to the property, we were exhausted. Do not waste your money here. Get a hotel instead. ##### Kerrie A.
