But the service & attitude of interhome who manage this property is appalling ! Firstly it was not clean when we got there . You have to pay for bed linen & towels . You arrive and need to make your beds ., which is a first for me in any VRBO or Trip Advisor holiday letting . The keys were handed to us by our driver with directions how to get there. On arrival no instructions on any appliance . No information at all in fact . We told there was a welcome pack . The welcome back was one garbage bag and one toilet roll !!! Really you call that a welcome pack . No electric jug to boil water. Stove old & gas with as I say no instructions. Not even a wine glass in the place . Seriously we are in Italy and you have no wine glasses . The beds were of very poor standard . Plumbing in shower does not drain . The only saving grace is the balcony with it's truly magnificent view , but it was dirty and ants all over it . Tried asking questions , very poor service . Go elsewhere .
