An extra bed for adults can be added for EUR 10,00 per night to be paid on arrival "VILLA ANGELA" is a pleasant and spacious apartment that covers the entire top floor of a villa built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. It sleeps six people. From this apartment you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon. The apartment "VILLA ANGELA" features a terrace garden, architectural work, entitled 'A garden Sea Praiano', a work that blends the context to which it belongs. It is 500 square meters between internal and external. It features a private terrace and garden with a sea view and jacuzzi, air conditioning installed in all rooms and winter heating and safe The apartment is located approximately 0\. 6 miles from the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, cafes and shops. Moreover you can find, near the apartment, a mini market with a stocked wine cellar; the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus, internal Praiano line and the nearest beach (Marina di Praia) accessible through a staircase. The apartment can be reached from the street level along a public pedestrian path, passable with scooters and there is some steps. The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone, crossed by a road that leads to the heart of the town of Praiano. You can reach the sea by a staircase that starts from the villa and leads directly to the beach. You will not need a car to stay there. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public road on payment or you can ask to reserve a spot. The rooms of the house are embellished with hand-painted ceramic tiles from Vietri style, typical of the Amalfi Coast style. The furnishings are elegant and refined. The furnishings include a long L-shaped sofa. In the living room you will also find a large cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels), a computer with free wi-fi and a CD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning / heating unit. There is a suite which is made up by three interconnected rooms: 2 communicated bedrooms (double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds) and a bathroom. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a sea view. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bidet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the big terrace with a sea view through a French door. The bathroom is tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bidet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room. The first terrace is 70 square meters large. You will be able to enter it from the living room through a French door. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a long table, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of the coastline. The garden is 200 square meters large and there is a jacuzzi with hot / cold water for 4 people that works from April to October. You will be able to enter it from a living room through a French door. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table with chairs, sunbeds and an external shower. Here you will also find a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea. "VILLA ANGELA" is one of four apartments which are part of one large villa: VILLA ANGELINA. The villa has been built following the contour of the rocky coastline. Each apartment covers an entire floor of the villa, and has its own independent entrance and a panoramic terrace. All apartments have spacious terraces and enjoy the same view. The villa has a total of 19 beds, therefore, lends itself to accommodate groups of people. The villa is on the edge of Praiano, between Positano and Amalfi, just on the famous beach of Marina di Praia. From the terraces the sight is terrific: the wide view of the emerald sea will enchant you and give a magic emotion that you could hardly forget, the steepy slopes that meet the sea gives the impression of a pristine landscape. The villa is in the pedestrian precinct, crossed by an old street that leads you to the heart of the little town of Praiano. You'll enjoy the old fashioned shops, the typical fishermen's houses and the real way of life of the people of Praiano, a jump into an old way of living that will delight you. Shops are really close at hand, and if you want to try the classic Fish-based cuisine of the Praiano cooks, famous all over the world, you only have to choose one of the different restaurants and taverns in the little town. From the villa you can take many paths, the most famous is the "Path of the Gods", a unique nature trail in the world, from which you can admire breathtaking views. A path between sky and sea! There are numerous places of interest reachable: Amalfi, Ravello, Vietri, Maiori, Minori, Positano, Sorrento, Massalubrense, Pompei and Ercolano, Capri and Naples with its beauty. Le logement dispose d'une terrasse pour en prendre plein les yeux, le petit village de Praiano est calme. Indispensable de réserver une place de parking quand on est en voiture. The house was well equipped and the views from the terrace were incredible!Be aware that the house is located in a pedestrian zone, which means you cannot access the house with a car. We booked parking through the host prior to arrival. It was about a 15 minute walk from the house. Giuseppe met us at our car and walked us to the property to show us around. He then arranged for a dinner reservation and a boat tour for us, which were both incredible!A couple of things to note - We found the beds uncomfortable and the access to the house involved many, many stairs and ramps. To access the beach or the waterfront restaurants, it's about 20-25 minute walk down hundreds of steps/ramps and along a busy roadway with no sidewalk. Hot tub was nice (though it was pretty hot out) and the place was well-equipped. Nothing to complain about, the views were stunning. The walk was no joke, we are in fairly good shape but the walk back up from the beach is a killer. Even if you take a bus or cab, you still have to walk quite a bit. It has a wonderful view of the coastline that you can take in from the terrace. It has a back way down to the beach as well, which shortens the trip! Yes, there are stairs to get to this hamlet and many stairs down to the Marina Di Praia, but that is to be expected along the Amalfi coast (it is a cliff side after all). You can also buy bus tickets at a local coffee shop (just down from Tutto per Tutti) and pick up the SITA bus using the back way down to the beach along the main road (there is a bus stop just up the road either direction) which will take you anywhere along the Amalfi coastline If you're in reasonable shape it is a great location that is out of the bustle of the town. Your nearest restaurant is La Moressa which will feed you no problem and below that is Tutto per Tutti which has any groceries you need. Working with Sabrina and Giovanna was a treat, they were always kind and easy to communicate with (always in English in my case). They were very responsive to any questions and requests that I had. The VRBO is very clean and comfortable and the terrace and hot tub are great! We slept well as it is very, very quiet at night. There is very new A/C in each room that works amazing. All in all, I would highly recommend staying at La Limonaia! ##### Brendan L. Wow what a view from La Limonaia! But the steps are tough. Be aware when planning a trip to anywhere on the Amalfi coast. We were not completely in understanding of how footpaths & steps & roads connected. The property in all is in a great location with steps down to easy beach access, many restaurants & several bus stops. There is also a footpath with less steps to several restaurants, several groceries, another bus stop & even a gym where you can get a day pass. The property has great loungers, several outdoor tables, a hot tub & an outdoor shower. Inside there is fabulous air conditioning, a washing machine, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms to comfortably sleep 6 people & a well stocked kitchen with cooking utensils plus a dishwasher. The reservation was easy, communication was easy & check-in/out was simple. There were adequate towels & extra linens. We will probably not return because there are so many places in the world to explore but we highly recommend this property! ##### Martha K.
