"I selected this apartment for the view, but note the location is up the mountain, so without a vehicle be prepared to walk a lot. There is a convenience store about 7 minutes walk but like a lot of places on Italy closes o er the early afternoon hours. "Terrible hike up many steps with luggage, expensive elevator fees which are basically required. Cleaning fee in cash only and not listed in the total All in all I would have preferred to pay more at a drive up hotel after factoring all the side fees needed each time to get to/fr this property. Living room needs more seating Sea facing bedroom missing a blind/shade so had to hang a towel Sea view is terrific and should be for how high we climbed"

"I booked and paid for this room several months before my trip. My group of 6 planned to stay in Naples, near the airport, the last night before our early flight home to the USA. I never heard from the host but wasn't concerned because it was just for the one night; however, two days before our stay I began messaging the host via VRBO App but he never responded to any messages. I finally received the email for check-in instructions so I was able to secure a driver to the property address. ...
