  • - Studio with 40 m2 ideal for 2 people and with excellent natural lighting. Balcony overlooking the typical neighborhood.
    - The apartment is located on the third floor, it has an elevator.
    - Double bed (1,90x1,40mt). It includes towels and bed linen.
    - The bathroom has bath towels, shampoo and body wash and hair dryer.
    - Separate kitchen is equipped with fridge, gas cooker, Italian coffee maker, electric kettle, varieties of tea, sugar and salt.
    - Wi-Fi Internet and TV

    - It is 10 minutes walk from the center (Allies) and located 200 meters from the main metro station - Trindade. Direct line (E) to the airport

    - Tourist tax € 2 / person per day - paid on arrival.
