"On arrival we were given our key (room 46) and told It’s on the 3rd floor but not sure if the lift is working so to try it and see….that should have been our first red flag…but no overlooked that and walked to the lift, the carpet leading to the stairs and lifts looked like lots builders have walked ..."

"Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"
