This studio located on a quiet dead-end street in the highly desirable alphabet district has a cozy living space with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, private bathroom, and a cozy living room area with queen size bed and sleeper sofa. Street parking pass provided. Located in Nob Hill, Alphabet District, Walk score 97 This quaint studio has an open floor plan featuring a kitchen that is fully stocked with a stainless range for cooking, granite counters, and newer appliances including microwave and dishwasher. The cozy living room space includes a queen bed with white linen, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with Roku, fireplace, and air conditioning for warmer days. There's a relaxing dining area with a table and chairs plus a separate dining nook with stools. The unit provides a private fully furnished bathroom with shower plus a washer and dryer for convenience! This studio has its own private entrance with keyless entry located to the side of the Victorian house down a short, well lit path. You'll be greeted with a a small outdoor patio with table and chairs situated just outside your door. This unit is located in a prime, highly desirable location close to it all! We're just a few blocks from NW 23rd Avenue (near Thurman) featuring retail boutiques, home design shops both local and well-known, restaurants, bakeries, breweries, coffee shops, antiques, galleries, parks and hiking trails (just blocks from Forest Park). It is very close to the street car for quick access to the Pearl District (also within walking distance), Willamette River and Downtown. The unit is located on a quiet dead-end street with lots of street parking plus a path at end of street for direct access to Thurman where the coffee shops, eateries and boutiques begin. I would recommend for a couple. Is small for four people. The location was absolutely perfect. It was walkable to a beautiful park for hiking and a vibrant neighborhood with shops, eateries, and bars. Becky, the manager, was helpful and responsive. Sep 21, 2024 #### Great location Well appointed and maintained. If you have a car, the parking permit provided is priceless and it is set up prior to your arrival. Located on a cul de sac makes parking easy as there was always space available. My visits are primarily to be in the Alphabet District the entire time. The location afforded me the opportunities to enjoy everything in the District by just being able to walk everywhere easily. The owner is informative prior to arrival and quickly responds to any questions or concerns. All in all I loved this place. ##### Michael P. It was very clean and in a great location for coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Becky is an excellent host and was extremely responsive when I contacted her which was only twice and for minor issues. As a senior, my only issue was finding a parking space and therefore never ventured out if I had to return after dark. Very compact but had everything we needed. We didn’t pull out the couch bed, one person slept on the sofa and was very comfy. I love this neighborhood!
