This studio located on a quiet dead-end street in the highly desirable alphabet district has a cozy living space with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, private bathroom, and a cozy living room area with queen size bed and sleeper sofa. Street parking pass provided. Located in Nob Hill, Alphabet District, Walk score 97 This quaint studio has an open floor plan featuring a kitchen that is fully stocked with a stainless range for cooking, granite counters, and newer appliances including microwave and dishwasher. The cozy living room space includes a queen bed with white linen, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with Roku, fireplace, and air conditioning for warmer days. There's a relaxing dining area with a table and chairs plus a separate dining nook with stools. The unit provides a private fully furnished bathroom with shower plus a washer and dryer for convenience! This studio has its own private entrance with keyless entry located to the side of the Victorian house down a short, well lit path. You'll be greeted with a a small outdoor patio with table and chairs situated just outside your door. This unit is located in a prime, highly desirable location close to it all! We're just a few blocks from NW 23rd Avenue (near Thurman) featuring retail boutiques, home design shops both local and well-known, restaurants, bakeries, breweries, coffee shops, antiques, galleries, parks and hiking trails (just blocks from Forest Park). It is very close to the street car for quick access to the Pearl District (also within walking distance), Willamette River and Downtown. The unit is located on a quiet dead-end street with lots of street parking plus a path at end of street for direct access to Thurman where the coffee shops, eateries and boutiques begin. Close to public transit… makes this a great place to stay whether for work or fun! Parking is on the street and easy to find as it’s located on a quiet, dead-end street. Bed and couch were comfortable, the space was small as mentioned but well-utilized, and the location could not be beat! The apartment is surprisingly roomy for a studio. Appreciated the shower stall instead of stepping into a tub to shower. Nice supply of cookware and dishes. Enjoyed being able to sit outside in the evening.
