"We had a terrible time checking in. We almost had to leave. They had no information regarding our reservation. Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. Reviews of 10 score were misleading. "

"This hotel was built with the concept of modern, stark style like a ship container look. Floors in the dining area were exposed concrete, unfinished look and the ceilings showed the ducts and piping painted black. When we checked in at 2 am, the receptionist was friendly and even came up with us to show how door code entry worked. The room was small, no complimentary water, coffee/tea service. "The service and location area wonderful. Three points I already told the front desk were the doors to the balconies that don't lock, the gym center needs to be upgraded, and one of the swimming pool's drain doesn't have a protective screen. "
