Dissapointed

We had a terrible time checking in. We almost had to leave. They had no information regarding our reservation. Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. Reviews of 10 score were misleading.

Excelente local pra quem quer tranquilidade e privacidade, tudo novo, a área da piscina é nota 10, com freezer de uso comum para colocar bebidas. A praia em frente é muito boa, mas não possui barracas próximas. Na entrada do hotel tem café e um restaurante. Dica, os quartos sem varanda são maiores.

A propriedade estava com reformas em certos quartos, o que ocasionou barulho de obras enqto estávamos em nossa suíte, mas no resto do tempo o ambiente é super tranquilo. Lugar lindo e funcionários da recepção muito simpáticos e corteses. Outro ponto é que o sistema hidráulico na área da piscina estava com algum problema no Domingo, o que deixou o chuveiro (da piscina) sem funcionar, mas nada que apagasse a beleza desta área.
