Welcome to Salty Layne! Relax with family and friends at this newly updated home with direct beach access.

The house is loaded with supplies and amenities for you to enjoy.

Inside you will find an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside has a large colorful living area under the house with swings, outdoor games, tiki bar, TV and plenty of seating.

BATHROOMS
En suite bathroom in primary bedroom has stand up shower, granite countertops, board and batten with hooks for towels.
Hall bathroom has bathtub, granite countertops, board and batten with hooks.

LIVING / DINING / KITCHEN
The open-plan layout has plenty of room for everyone. Relax on the sectional sofa after a day at the beach and watch a show on the 55" ROKU Smart TV or gather around for a fun board game. There's a dining table and counter seating. The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, sheet pans, muffin pan, cutting boards, cooking utensils, glass and plastic drinkware, mixing bowls, storage containers and more. Keurig machine, drip coffee machine, Margaritaville margarita blender, toaster and more.

OUTDOOR
The ground level features colorful furniture with plenty of seating. Sit around the Tiki Bar and pull out the large 55" ROKU Smart TV. Relax on a swing bench. Play a game of cornhole, jenga, ladderball or throw the football around the large fenced in yard. A charcoal BBQ grill is available for guest use. Please bring your own charcoal.

STARTER SUPPLIES
We supply a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, kitchen sink soap, trash bags, k-cup coffee, sugar packets, coffee creamer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Depending on your length of stay you may need to purchase more supplies.

We are a coastal area bordered by marshland - there WILL be mosquitoes. Bring bug spray. Coastal grasses are also littered with sticker burrs. Be careful walking barefoot. We suggest bringing easy slip on shoes.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

For everyone's safety the lift and golf cart are not operational.

Guests must be 25+ to book and no third party bookings are allowed.

To ensure a smooth check-in, we require all guests to complete a quick online rental agreement after booking. This agreement outlines house rules and guest responsibilities. You will not be given key codes if this is not completed. Property info and codes will be sent 24 hours before check in.

PARTY TIME: While we do love a good party, unfortunately NO parties are allowed at Salty Layne.

QUIET HOURS: Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7am.

PARKING: There are two separate driveways. One in the front and one in the back of the house. There is space for up to 5 cars to park between the two driveways. Please don't park on or block neighboring properties or on any grass.

KEEP IT CLEAN: Due to the owner's allergies this is a pet-free property. No smoking/vaping allowed. No tanning lotion/cream, hair dye, glitter or slime is allowed.

WI-FI/STREAMING: We offer Starlink high speed internet.

POWER: Bolivar Peninsula and Crystal Beach can sometimes have internet and power hiccups, especially during peak season or bad weather. They're unpredictable and out of our control.
