You are invited to step into this oceanfront property, it is waiting on you! This coastal haven with 4 bedrooms, 4 and a half bathrooms, open concept spacious home with over 2400 square feet will for sure be a guest pleaser. The natural light from the windows light up the entertaining space creating the perfect beach ambiance for all. The oversized living room, dining area, and kitchen are all open space to allow multiple gathering spaces, without feeling cramped and lead you out onto the oversized deck with breathtaking views of the ocean. Picture yourself enjoying morning coffee and conversations on one of the two decks, afternoons gathered downstairs around the bar while kids play outdoor games, or hanging at the beach where the home is just steps to the subdivision private walk-over. On the main floor you will find one queen bed with a private en-suite as well as a half bath, another plus for easy entertaining. Upstairs there is a queen bed with private en-suite, primary suite with king bed and a bunk room with 2 sets of twin size bunk beds, and 2 sets of full/queen size bunks. The bunk room has plenty of entertainment for the kids, with bean bags, 55" screen TV, foosball table, and board games with a full bath in the hall for these guests. All rooms upstairs have doors that lead you to the second floor balcony, with picturesque views. Under the home, plenty of parking, outdoor games, bar area, and outdoor shower will ensure a good time for all. The Holiday House's location is truly one of the greatest features, less than 1 mile from the Big Store, restaurants and other convenience shopping optimizes your vacation time, and lets you relax stress free! Sandpiper is a private subdivision with very little traffic. We loved the house and some of our standout favorite things were the comfortable furniture (and plenty of seating) in living areas, TWO fridges were a lifesaver and the kids bunk room. All our boys loved the bunk beds and the foosball table. Parents loved that we had plenty of fridge space for all the food and drinks. House was very comfortable and nicely furnished and didn’t look like a basic rental. Would love it even more with 3 king beds, but get there may not be enough space. Access to the beach was fairly close and we loved having a nice view. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, this was the first (of many) rental places that actually had good sharp knives in the kitchen, so our cooks loved that. All in all, we had the best time and the house made a memorable trip even better! ##### Jenn C. Great view especially from 2nd balcony which opens up to all the upper bedrooms. Our family of 12 had a great time. It’s only 3 cabins down from the beach walkover and just down the road for golf cart access. Dead end street kept traffic low also. Manager very helpful and fast response to questions. I would definitely recommend renting this cabin.
