Located in a central location that is very close to most theme parks. Staff was friendly, the resort was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

They put us in the old tower...pictures are not the same....you may want to confirm that you will be staying in the main area not away from all the amenities....

The check-in was at 1:30 am. I waited in line for 15 minutes or so, but this is a busy resort. The staff at the reservation desk were polite. I had scheduled a one bedroom suite a month-and-a-half earlier. The one bedroom suites were all filled. The receptionist immediately offered me a complimentary upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite. I gladly accepted her offer. The problem was solved in less than fove minutes. The shuttle service was by request. It usually takes 10 to 15 minutes to get a shuttle to your room or to another location on the property. It is a spacious resort, so the shuttle service was appreciated. I wish that they had more shuttle drivers on call or at the ready in the hotel lobby. The room was clean and neat. My TV remote control was not working. I phoned the front desk, and they had someone there in 5 minutes to fix it. They really need to have an orientation session on check-in or shortly thereafter. The property is huge. The map of the resort helps, but they need someone to point things out, and to inform you when things are open or closed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and I would return to this property. With the water park, it is a good value for the money that you pay.
