For Hanoi, old quarter, this is a nice little hotel. Location, location, location……in the heart of the old quarter and easy walking distance to the major sites. Hotel is down a busy side street with no large vehicle access so is quieter at night. Hotel is not a Marriott so don’t expect everything to be new and pristine. Operational is key. Staff was good and breakfast, although a short walk away to sister hotel, was adequate. Get there early though as there’s not a lot of seating. The young lady and cook who work the breakfast are excellent and very accommodating. It’s unfortunate rude guests can treat them poorly. Overall good hotel for the price we paid but shop around as there’s plenty of options in this area.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in Hanoi. Staff is excellent . Special mention of Happy our front desk person . He did avove and beyond service. Thank you so much for the free upgrade to their best room.awesome service.
