### Villa Almendra Boi, Mallorcan country house with modern touches

Villa Almedra Boi (previously known as Villa Boi) is a Mallorcan country house with modern touches and good views over the surrounding landscape and the mountain tops peeking through the trees.  
  
This 2-bedroom home is just a few minutes' drive from the old town of Pollensa, while the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and neighboring Alcudia are also within easy reach. The house has a beautiful garden area next to its pool, being an ideal place to rest and disconnect. It also has air conditioning / heating in both bedrooms, as well as free Internet connection via Wi-Fi.  
  
The property is accessed via a private drive, behind which there is a parking area for your vehicle. The main entrance is at the front of the house. Inside, a combined lounge and dining area has ample seating, while the wood-beamed ceiling gives the villa a warm and welcoming feel. The dining room gives direct access to the covered terrace, overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a small breakfast bar with stools, perfect for morning coffee. Behind the kitchen is the laundry room.  
  
The villa has 2 bedrooms, a double room and a double room, which share a bathroom.All rooms have air conditioning/heating, which, in line with local energy saving initiatives, is scheduled for use from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.  
  
The garden and pool area are delimited by a row of cypress trees that provide privacy, and next to which there are orange and lemon trees. The lawn and terrace offer plenty of space for sunbathing, making this property an ideal place to relax. TOURIST TAX NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
