The country style of the villa, combined with a modern and charming touch, provides lovely accommodation for your holiday. From the large covered terrace with wooden ceilings you can overlook the beautiful pool and breathtaking Mediterranean garden up to the mountains of Serra de Tramuntana, world heritage since 2011\. A truly fabulous place to escape from the heat of midday or enjoy a barbecue and cocktails with friends and family by the pool. The entrance to the villa leads directly into the large and nice decorated living room with comfortable sofas and flat screen TV with international channels to choose. Free WIFI . There is a fully equipped and very spacious open kitchen with all modern devices and equipment you may need during your holidays and to prepare nice lunches and dinners for your loved ones. This beautiful villa offers 3 comfortable and individually decorated double bedrooms. located on two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with double beds and nice bath with shower beside and on the first floor a second double bedroom with direct access to the pool area and another one, these two bedrooms are sharing a large and spacious family bathroom. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h. Villa Mairata is the perfect choice for a family holiday or a relaxing stay with friends, as you will be totally inspired by the peace and beauty of the Mallorcan enviroment and nature, but near enough to the old town of Pollensa. The village of Pollensa offers several quality restaurants, bars and small cafes. The locality is full of history and this is evident in every place where you look. The Sundays market is especially colorful with local fruit, vegetables, nuts and spices. There are several supermarkets within easy access distributed at the town. Puerto de Pollensa, just 10 minutes by car, offers a long sandy beach to relax and a nice and spectacular bay. A wide selection of water sports for the more energetic, from renting a windsurf, kayak or sailboat to go water skiing or jet skiing. In Cala San Vicente and Formentor, you find the ideal place to break out and enjoy a natural landscape while a pure and clear water or do diving. Cala San Vicente offers excellent restaurants serving delicious fresh fish and seafood! There is also some virgin beaches in the area, like Cala Boquer with only access by foot and you will arrive in an hour of excursion to have an encounter with pure nature, clear blue water, peace and wonderful views. Although car is not essential, it is recommended for additional flexibility as Villa Mairata is well placed to explore other beautiful and picturesque areas near Pollensa. La route pour accéder à la maison est un chemin où l’on peut passer à une seule voiture avec pleins de trous mais on fait avec. Liegewiesen, Pool, Tischtennis Plätze, überdachter Freisitz, gut ausgestattete Küche. Ein liebevolles Willkommenspaket und eine nette Karte machten das Ankommen schön. Offensicht wird die Finca peu a peu erneuert. Wenn es regnet riecht das Haus feucht, aber sofort lüften oder am Abend kurz heizen, beheben das Problem. The house is spacious, cool and peaceful, and the kitchen is well equipped. The gardens and mountain views are stunning and there is a lovely pool, yet the house is only five minutes drive from Pollenca and ten minutes to Port de Pollenca. It is possible to walk into Pollenca by a back route in about 20-25 minutes. Owl Bookings provided a really excellent service - Pep and his colleagues were super friendly and quick to respond to any queries we had. The information provided at the villa is very comprehensive and helpful, too. We would definitely recommend Owl Bookings to anyone travelling to Mallorca. ##### Rebecca B. No lights in one bedroom and a humidifyer going in the downstairs bedroom Owl trading suggested we emptied it regularly! Das Haus und die Einrichtung jedoch sind sehr alt und abgewohnt. Im ganzen Haus riecht es modrig.Wenn es regnet, regnet es im untersten Zimmer rein. Die Wände in den Wohnräumen sind schmutzig. Die Bettgestelle im oberen Bereich sind ebenfalls dreckig. Die Badarmaturen und die Badewanne sind sehr alt, ungepflegt, verkalkt und teilweise rostig. Im oberen Bad sind die Fugen der Nasszelle verschimmelt, genauso wie die Decke. Wenn man ignorant genug ist, all das zu übersehen, kann man den Urlaub auf der Finca genießen. Die Bezeichnung Villa verdient die Unterkunft mit all den Mängeln aber nicht. ##### Michael B. Séjour de 8 nuits en mai 2018 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Verena W., Berlin 18 avr. 2018 #### Sehr schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage Wir waren für eine Woche mit sechs Erwachsenen und zwei Babys in der Villa Mairata und hatten einen super Urlaub. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man ist wirklich unter sich und völlig ungestört. Der Blick in die Berge ist traumhaft! Das Haus ist ausreichend ausgestattet. ##### Verena W.
