Villa Maldonado is a gorgeous two storey villa with four bedrooms and four bathrooms which easily accommodates up to 8 guests. The villa is situated in Pollensa old town just within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, bars, and church square, where you can buy locally produced food and artisanal products at the weekly Sunday market.



On the ground floor you will find a large fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances including an oven, gas hob, microwave, and dishwasher, it also has direct access to the covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden. There is a large dining room and a spacious living area with plenty of comfortable seating, an ornamental fireplace, and a flat screen TV. In addition, the ground floor has a pantry and a utility room where the washing machine is located , there is also a guest bathroom with shower.



On the first floor we find one master bedroom with en suite bathroom and small private terrace, another double bedroom and two twin rooms which share a bathroom, one of the twin rooms also enjoys access to a large terrace overlooking the garden.
