Surrounded by a pleasant terrace, the dwelling offers various outdoor spaces to enjoy in good company: from comfortable rocking chairs for moments of rest, to an outdoor dining area sheltered by an awning, perfect for long after-meal gatherings. The interior of the house stands out for its spaciousness and luminosity. The living room, with a cosy central fireplace and air conditioning with heat pump, is furnished with a row of sofas designed to gather all guests. It also has a large television with satellite and internet channels. The adjacent dining room has a long table for eight people and a matching sideboard, all bathed in natural light that enters through a large window. The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, includes a dishwasher, microwave and everything necessary to prepare your favourite recipes. Additionally, it has direct access to the terrace, which makes it especially practical. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The upper floor houses three bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The master bedroom features a double bed and is particularly bright. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds (90 x 200 cm). On this floor, there is also a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and double washbasin. Hibiscus is an ideal option for families looking for a comfortable and well-located house, just a few steps from the beach, to enjoy unforgettable holidays in the north of Mallorca. IMPORTANT: All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform. All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment. Important note about electricity consumption: Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. In nur 50 Sekunden am Meer zu sein und dabei an nicht so überfüllten Stränden war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet. Wir wurden mit einem Obstkorb und auch anderen Kleinigkeiten willkommen geheißen. Für einen Urlaub wäre es sehr schön, wenn man für die Ausstattung der Wohnung nicht alles einkaufen muss. Zwar war ein Anfangsbestand von Tubs für die Spülmaschine da, aber Mülltüten und Tubs für den Zeitraum wären sehr schön gewesen. Plenty of room and lovely outdoor spaces for eating and relaxing. less than 50m from the beach and lots of local bars and restaurants the location is amazing. Hibiscus is not the most modern property - but for us that was not an issue. Cleanliness was impeccable . When using the washing machine I got a slight electric shock.
