This beautiful country house, clad in natural stone, is located at the quiet end of a street in the popular residential area of La Font near Pollença. A large swimming pool, surrounded by furnished sun terraces, lush green lawns, and a well-maintained garden, creates a private oasis of relaxation at the rear of the house.
To the side, a separate sunroom with a brick barbecue, stove, and sink invites guests to enjoy social gatherings. The adjacent covered terrace offers the ideal setting for cozy outdoor meals with views of the pool, the garden, and the picturesque mountain backdrop.
The house itself features a welcoming and comfortable interior that blends modern amenities with the charming style of Mallorca. Step into a spacious entryway that flows into the dining area. From there, you enter directly into the living room, where French doors lead out to the terrace and the pool (approx. 4 x 8 m, depth 1–2 m). The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven/gas stove, and fridge-freezer, leaves nothing to be desired. A washing machine is located in a separate utility room.
On the first floor are the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom (tub/shower) and a lovely twin bedroom with an adjoining bathroom (tub/shower). A staircase in the hallway leads to the upper floor, where there are two additional bedrooms (one double and one twin) that share a spacious family bathroom with a tub and shower.
The perfect location: The finca is only about 1.5 km from charming Pollença and approximately 6 km from the lively port of Port de Pollença. Beaches, including the magnificent Playa de Muro, are conveniently accessible in just a few minutes by car (starting at about 4 km).
