Welcome to this fantastic country house on the outskirts of Pollensa where 4 people will enjoy the authentic essence of a Mallorcan home.
The beautiful garden of this wonderful rustic house invites to peacefully relax while enjoying a nice swim in the chlorine pool or maybe sunbathing on one of the 4 sun loungers or on the fresh lawn. The pool sizes 7 x 5 metres and its water depth goes from 1 to 1.8 metres. The furnished porch awaits after a nice morning and here you will be able to taste a delicious barbecue prepared by those who love to cook alfresco. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

Comprising 2 floors, the accommodation surprises with its strong Mallorcan character. It clearly reflects the essence of the rustic houses in the island with its old but preserved furniture, its wooden beams and its beautiful decorative details. The living - dining room highlights this style with its impressive chimney and it invites to watch the satellite TV or chat all together. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, a table with chairs to enjoy your meals right here and much more. The washing machine, iron and ironing board also are in the kitchen. On the first floor you will find the two bedrooms of the house, both with an en-suite bathroom with a tub, closet, AC and exit to the terrace. One of the bedrooms offers a double bed and the other has twin beds. Finally, we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The location of this property is perfect because you will enjoy the charm and peace of the country side but having, at the same time, all needed services for an independent stay in the lovely town of Pollensa, just a few minutes drive away. It also is near the Tramuntana mountain range, so ideal for hiking or biking excursions. You can also drive a car to know stunning corners of the island. The nearest sandy beach is Puerto de Pollensa about 4.3 km away although we recommend you visit the beautiful coves of Cala Sant Vicens.
