### Apartment Balaixa 7 in Port Pollensa

Apartment at the beach in Puerto Pollença. Apartment Mateo is located just 50 metres from the sandy beach of Port Pollensa. The building and also the apartment (on the 2nd floor) have been refurbished in 2020\. Apartment Mateo offers a spacious sun terrace, a modern living/dining room with open plan kitchen and a bedroom. Beach bars, restaurants and shops are just around the corner, mainly by the sea. The surf and sailing school Sail & Surf offers courses for different age groups.   
  
Nowadays this former fishing village boasts a marina and a beautiful pedestrian promenade with bars, restaurants and small boutiques. Known as the Pine Walk, its old townhouses convey a sense of the area’s illustrious past. At the end of the promenade, you will find the Hotel Illa d’Or. In the first half of the twentieth century, it was a meeting place for travellers coming from all over Europe to Majorca, and today it has lost none of its charm. Here you can still enjoy a sundowner on the wonderful seaside terrace. A long sandy beach stretches around the bay. Families with children love the wide, gently sloping sands and turquoise water. Pollensa Bay is a popular area for water sports enthusiasts and has a sailing and kitesurfing school.

#### Just fantastic

A very well appointed and modern fitted out apartment one street back from the seafront. I stayed with my too young boys for a week and really enjoyed the stay. The apartment has a good double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, is well equipped with washing machine, coffee maker, and cooking facilities. The location is really very convenient, and being one street back from the beach front keeps it nice and quiet. Martina had also kindly left us some Coffee, Cookies and Wine - A lovely Welcome.

Clean and convenient basic apartment. Decoration was bland but overall a bright feel to the apartment. Bed rather uncomfortable; we did have a problem with the toilet flushing but that was rectified very quickly after a phone call.

#### Logement parfait

Logement parfait. très propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé , extrêmement bien placé (à 50m de la plage et des commerces) mais calme. Martina a été très arrangeante concernant notre arrivée. De plus, de petites intentions nous attendaient.C'est parfois un peu compliqué pour se garer mais nous avons toujours trouvé à moins de cinq minutes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

#### Es war ein super Aufenthalt

Vom Check-In, über die Küchenausstattung, bis hin zur Sauberkeit der gesamten Wohnung war alles sehr schön. Parkplätze waren immer in fußläufiger Umgebung vorhanden. Martina steht mit Rat und Tat bei Fragen und Hilfestellungen zur Seite. Preis-/Leistung in Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in der Umgebung unschlagbar.

#### What you see is what you get

Mooi en gezellig appartement met een heel leuk balkon. Alles is aanwezig : goed ingerichte keuken, prima bed, praktische badkamer met goede douche. De foto’s op de site komen exact overeen met de werkelijkheid. …. What you see is what you get. Martina reageert snel en correct op alle vragen…. Kortom een super host van een top appartement. Port de Pollença is een gezellige badplaats, niet té druk en ook een goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen, fietsroutes, dagje strand. ( appartement is op loopafstand van het strand) Ook het openbaar vervoer is vlakbij en werkt zeer efficiënt. Alle ingrédiënten voor een toffe vakantie zijn aanwezig! Vera en Peter

#### Martina a été très réactive lorsque nous l'avons sollicitée.

Tout le nécessaire était présent, même les pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle et la machine à laver, en bref, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour qui a été excellent. L'emplacement est très proche de toutes les commodités et de la plage. Merci !
