Mastaguera is surrounded by a beautiful landscape with panoramic views over the mountains, the valleys and the sea. The house has been restored from an old Mallorcan farm. Several terraces surround the house and the pool and a small wash room is located on a terrace on the first floor. In the interior, all bedrooms are bright and have a mix of traditional materials and modern comfort. There are stone walls and Marés arches, white walls, beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors. The leaving room is ample, with sofas around the chimney. There is satellite TV, stereo with CD and DVD players. The kitchen is well equipped and has an ample window with views to the pool. The barbecue is in a nice interior patio. All 5 bedrooms have 2 individual beds, 3 have a bathroom and 2 share a bathroom. Pollença is a town full of traditions with renowned festivities such as the processions of the Stations of the Cross, the Moors and Christians festival and the festival of the patron saint “La Patrona” (from July 27th to August 2nd). Every Sunday Morning there is a nice market on the main square. There are also many different art galleries, there is plenty of cultural activities offered by the town during summer, the major highlight is the famous Pollença International Festival of Music, where every week during summer there is a performance from an orchestra, a band or an internationally renowned solo artist. One of the most quaint places is the “Puig de Maria” and the Calvary with its 365 steps. Pollença is also the starting point for various very pretty excursions around the Sierra de Tramuntana. It has a big private driveway and is set in a peaceful, remote location with no neighbours overlooking, which makes it feel wonderfully secluded.The outdoor area is a real highlight, with plenty of seating options, a beautiful pool, a jacuzzi, and stunning views all around. But the kitchen should be upgraded, better knives, chopping boards, more drinking glasses, The bathrooms needed better water pressure and the shower heads were very limescaled, also the outdoor shower was very limescaled. the dining table outside was very sticky and needed sanding down, it was impossible to wipe clean because of the stickiness. Worked well as a group of 10 adults and kids. plenty of space. Kitchen lacked equipment especially more plastic cups/ glasses for outside and the showers are terrible all need new shower heads we had no hot water for most of our trip even tho an engineer was sent out twice. Over all we had a wonderful 8days and i would highly recomend but basic things need little update We also had a private chef come cook for us at the villa which was wondeful. The company was called fresh food. Séjour de 8 nuits en août 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Sascha Z. 29 août 2025 Points forts : Propreté Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön, es ist ein schönes Anwesen, alles hat sehr unkompliziert funktioniert, es war sehr sauber und hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Kleinere Mängel waren mehrfache Probleme mit dem Warmwasser, auf die seitens des Vermieters aber immer sofort reagiert wurde. Leider traten diese Probleme in den zwei Wochen mehrfach auf. Darüber hinaus ist die Kücheneinrichtung und -ausstattung etwas veraltet und für 10 Personen sehr knapp bemessen. Am Samstag (eine Woche nach Ankunft) kam ein Service-Team und hat das Haus gereinigt und frische Handtücher gebracht. Das war sehr gut, allerdings hätten wir uns hier eine Mitteilung oder Ankündigung gewünscht. Stattdessen standen die Damen plötzlich im Haus. Das sind alles aber nur kleine Mängel, die uns nicht davon abhalten würden, die Villa weiter zu empfehlen. ##### Sascha Z. Wenn es Reklamationen oder Beanstandungen gab wurden diese Zeitnah und prompt erledigt. Das finden und die Wegbeschreibung der Villa war eine richtige Zangengeburt!!! Sollte man für die Zukunft entweder Koordinaten mitteilen oder eine Tafel anbringen weil das rostige Tor ist schlecht ersichtlich, wenn es offen steht. ##### Cornelia W. Séjour de 14 nuits en mai 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Thomas K. 20 avr. 2025 #### Schöne Finca mit flair Die Finca liegt im südlichen Bereich von Pollenca. Etwas abgeschieden, dafür aber sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Wir waren anscheinend die ersten Gäste der Saison. Die Innenräume rochen recht feucht und etwas moderig. Nach ein paar Tagen mit Heizung verbesserte sich dies aber. Die Räume sind von der größe ordentlich. Jeder hat sein Bad und WC. Es bedarf aber schon etwas Renovierung. Die Küche zum Beispiel ist funktionell. Aber ein uralter Ofen mit altem Ceran-Feld. Passt vielleicht zum Style der Finca, aber dies wäre schon wichtig. Die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert tatsächlich fast gar nicht. Hier muss man sich etwas behelfen. Heißes Wasser im Wasserkocher zubereiten und dann halt Kaffee aufgießen. Das WLAN strahlt zwar aus, es ist aber fast keine Webseite erreichbar. Egal ob über Handy oder PC. Den Fehler haben wir auch nicht gefunden. Wir nutzten so den Datentarif von den Handys.Sonst kann man aber wirklich gemühtlich draussen gemeinsam Zeit verbringen. Pool ist sauber und neue Liegen vorhanden. Toller Blick und viel Natur. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Der Check-In/Out läuft super einfach und ohne Probleme. Kleinere Schwierigkeiten konnten direkt behoben werden. Die sanitärinstalation muss dringend überholt werden. Die Zuleitungen waren schmutzig und mussten gereinigt werden. Das geschah kurzfristig. War ok. Kaffeemaschine brauchte sehr lange. Die Zimmer sind ok aber die Betten sind so nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Positiv ist die Größe zu bewerten und der Ausblick bis Port pollenca. Wir werden die finca nicht mehr anmieten. ##### Michael L. La villa es grande, cómoda y bien distribuida, tener la piscina con áreas verdes es fantástico. Hay espacio para 5 coches. Como sugerencia hace falta mucha más iluminación en el área de la piscina, creo que se puede aprovechar más por las noches ##### Marco R. Die Kommunikation mit Cati über Nachrichten war hervorragend. Die Finca mit 5 Zimmern und Bädern sowie Küche und Wohnzimmer ist sehr sauber. Die Küche könnte an einigen Stellen erneuert werden, wie z.B. der Backofen oder die klemmenden Schubladen. Die Sonnenliegen haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich und sollten ebenso erneuert werden. Der Blick auf das Meer und Pollenca war wunderschön. Mitten in der Woche wurden erfreulicherweise unsere Handtücher vom Putzpersonal ausgetauscht. Der Pool und Whirlpool war sauber und schön. Die Tischtennisplatte haben wir täglich genutzt, hier wären neue Tischtennisschläger sinnvoll. Die Klimaanlage lief im ganzen Haus ohne Probleme. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und können diese Finca weiterempfehlen. ##### Melanie C. Mal diese Finca/Villa Mastaguera. Wie auch die vorherigen Male waren alle 3 Generationen (wir, Kinder und Enkel) ausgesprochen zufrieden. Das Haus und die ganze Anlage sind in einem guten Zustand und der Ausblick auf Polenca und in Richtung Port de Alcudia ist herrlich. Die Enkel haben die meiste Zeit im Pool und im Whirlpool verbracht 😎. Vom Flughafen ist es in weniger als einer 3/4 Stunde zu erreichen und leicht zu finden. Absolut empfehlenswert! ##### Wolfgang R.
