Villa Bennassar is a four-bedroom villa that blends perfectly into the Mallorcan landscape. With its exceptional character and design, it promises an unforgettable stay. The architecture captivates with its ornate stone arches and bridges, which reflect the owner’s personal touch and craftsmanship.
Even the arrival is an experience: a beautiful stone bridge, illuminated in the evening, and a main arch reminiscent of a small aqueduct form the entrance to this special estate. Upon entering the main house, a large, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area opens up. Modern furniture and subtle lighting create a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a kitchen island, flows seamlessly into the dining table that seats ten; adjacent to this are the living area and a lounge with a large flat-screen TV.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with its own terrace overlooking the pool, the garden, and the mountains. One double bedroom shares a separate bathroom, while the other master bedroom features a spacious en-suite bathroom. Both double bedrooms can also be configured as twin rooms upon request.
For additional guests, there is a twin bedroom on the first floor of the main house with a bathroom that also serves as a guest restroom. A separate guest house just off the main entrance offers additional comfort with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The laundry room is also located here.
The pool at Villa Bennassar is a real eye-catcher. Its irregular shape and stone-lined edge give it a rustic charm. A covered barbecue terrace with comfortable lounge furniture invites you to socialize and dine al fresco. Entertainment is also provided with foosball, a ping-pong table, and even a pool table.
The villa’s location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. It lies between the charming town of Pollença, the idyllic bay of Cala Sant Vicenç, and the lively port of Port de Pollença. In just a five-minute drive, you can wander through the historic streets of Pollença, relax on the golden sandy beaches of Cala Sant Vicenç, or enjoy the lively atmosphere at the harbor.
