Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.



The villa has 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, which share the facilities of a separate bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with AC / heating. The villa offers satellite TV, free WI-FI internet connection, washing machine and dishwasher. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has time-controlled air conditioning in all accommodations from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.



The garden and the pool (7x3,5mts) area are surrounded by cypress trees, which guarantees a lot of privacy. The area is littered with orange and lemon trees. The lawn and the sun terrace offer plenty of space for sunbathing and make this property an ideal place to relax.
