Clean, convenient, value for the money. No problems. Room was small but had everything required (tv and fridge worked). Didnt need it but there was an AC unit on the wall. The attached bar/restaurant was good for dinner with a nice Howe Sound Brewery lager, Front desk was helpful checking in and helpfully recommended "Yolks" across the road up a little way for a great breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is dated but the price reflects that. It was clean and the beds were comfy. Parking below was secure (you pay a fee for that). We had an amazing view of English Bay and will be going back again.

The rooms are clean and fairly quiet. We were comfortable. I couldn't believe how close we were to all the action of Granville. We even went for a great walk and ended up skating at Robson Square. Our breakfast at Uva was great. The service was very nice.
