"Beautiful lodge and location!! We visited during off season, and they were doing some renovations and the lobby was closed. Most things in telluride were closed, including the gondola, due to the timing of our trip. But it was still absolutely stunning!"

"Unbelievably beautiful and clean. Makes you feel like you are royalty from 100 plus years ago. The place is beautiful but I’m going to lie. It is a bit creepy at times especially when it is not very full and the front desk is closed all night. But great accommodation and wonderfully restored."

"We had a major issue the first night, that should of been noticed before we checked in by the staff. It was taken care of the next day, after we wrote a review and it was read because the office was closed. We woke-up with a headache and had to wash our clothing do to the chemical smell. Other wise it would of received higher stars. "
