« Overall it was a cute inside of the house and suited our needs! However, if you have a sedan or a 2 wheel drive suv, you will not make it into the back parking spot. It was extremely hard on our suv because of pot holes and how broken the alleyway is. It was a cute little house and fit us 4 well for the night that’s just one thing to keep in mind! »

« The property is charming and accurately represented in the listing. While the unit was generally clean, there were noticeable cobwebs that should have been addressed. I could also hear the occupants in the upstairs unit walking around early each morning, which may be a concern for light sleepers. The nightly rate was great, but the host fees felt pricey. The cleaning fee is a bit pricey for a unit of this size, particularly given the missed cleaning details. »

« The area is pretty nice but at the same time, there's lots of sketchy/homeless people that walk through the neighborhood. The building itself if a little run-down compared to the others on the block. There was a carbon monoxide detector on the wall that kept beeping every few minutes because it was low on batteries. I had to take it off the wall and take out a battery to stop the beeping. There was an unused cigar on top of the refrigerator that had not been thrown away which made me wonder how...

« The apartment was just as advertised. Communication was good and answered my questions quickly. My son was playing volleyball at the Convention center and this was a great location, just a 6 minute walk. Also close to the free streetcar route. There was a grocery store, Cosentino's market, about 1/2 mile away. A couple of pubs and a pizza hut with a few blocks. Having the parking space was a huge plus so I didn't have to search for parking. Washer/dryer in the basement made it easy to clean...
