This home features a living room room with a Roku TV so you can access any of your streaming services. The small yet intimate dining area is a perfect place to eat with your friends and family. This adorable house has 3 Bedrooms with 3 KING beds. There is an air mattress provided for your extra guest and a pack n play for your little one! A perfect to stay and bond with your family or friends! If there is anything you need, feel free to ask us! We want you to feel right at home. You can also walk around to check out the restaurants and shops only a few blocks away from the property. Uber/Lyft is also a very recommended mode of transportation and very accessible in this area. Other Things to Note: HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated.
