The building is peaceful, safe, and very nicely maintained. It is close to lots of restaurants, coffee places, the River Market - so there are many places you can just walk to. There is an optional reserved parking space in the lot across the street that is only a small extra fee. It is well worth it, because finding a parking space nearby can be challenging. I would definitely stay here again. We loved our stay. The host is super friendly, responsive and helpful. I would give this an extra star if I could. ##### Jeff W. It is located on the third floor, an elevator is available. The building is very quiet. The decor is very interesting, modern-retro. TV and retro dial-radio are provided for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a large kitchen island for meals. The supplies are plentiful. The location cannot be better. The studio is located in a mostly residential area, 2min away from the market where you can find pretty much everything, coffee, spices, bakeries, restaurants, produce, Italian market, middle eastern market, etc. The free street car station is about 1-2 min walking, next to a famous ice cream parlor and several restaurants. The check in/out instructions are automated and need to be updated since the building entrance has changed. Parking is available for a fee. The street parking is free but only for 2h. ##### Fred F.
