"Room must have been decorated in 1970’s and given a clean not long after ! Light switch beside the bed would not turn off , only way to sleep was to take the key out and have no electric ! Could nt charge phones for trip home Avoid this hotel "

"Hotel was lovely and clean. Staff are helpful and the food was good. Our room was nice and clean with good aircon. Only thing I would say is that they need to inform you better. We didn’t have a kettle in our room and didn’t realise till the last day after talking with another person staying at the hotel that we could request one at reception. They had some great daily activities for the kids and adults to participate in too. Would definitely recommend "

"This is an extraordinary place. The breakfast is as amazing as I ever had. 8 restaurants each with different menu and Kensei is world class. The staff is remarkable and the setting where the is both pools and a beach is perfect for kids. Lots of kids. Great vacation!"

"Hotel itself was very good, however it is very close to some very noisy bars which were singing karaoke until the early hours."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to everything in Las Americas & close to Adeje. There are plenty of transport links too. The staff are great, the rooms are clean with cold AC. The food is very nice and the pool area is lovely."
