Such a warm welcome from David and Pumpkin. The accommodation is superb and immaculately clean. Opted for the jacuzzi room which was an excellent way to relax after a busy day. David thinks of everything and the little touches for dogs and humans alike we’re greatly appreciated. Communication throughout was friendly and informative.
Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Bournemouth with or without a fury friend. »

Didn't encounter any staff during my visit, only stayed 1 night & there was a contact number provided but I didn’t need to call for any assistance. Lots of options for breakfast & room was clean & tidy. Self check out was also clearly explained. »

« Very nice hotel located very near to the beach ! The staff is amazing, welcoming and ready to help. I wish the breakfast had more options but other than that it was very nice. The rooms are spacious however the bathroom tends to be small it did not bother us that much but bare in mind that the shows booths are small and the only option are rainshower.. (I do not like to wet my hair everyday so this made it difficult)

« Das Hotel lag nicht weit weg von einem sehr schönen Strand. Die Bushaltestelle vor der Tür eignet sich perfekt für Ausflüge. In direkter Umgebung gibt es auch außerhalb des Hotels gutes Essen und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Service war super und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt als Familie. Auch der Hauseigene Pool war super um Abends noch ein wenig zu entspannen »
