"When I booked I mistakenly thought we would be in the building by the tower, we were not. It felt like a long walk to the building we were in, it was probably only 10 minutes though. The staff who checked us in was very helpful dragging our luggage down the street. I wish we would have been in the main building next to the tower."

"Superb location - right next to the entrance to the Pisa Cathedral and Bell Tower. We were an overnight stay, saw everything because of the location. Bed was a king, room air conditioned, staff were flexible with holding bags while we looked around. Place is old, but reasonable price. Location cannot be beaten."
