"Ideally located for the station & exploring the city. Staff all very efficient, with evening receptionist helpfully pointing us in the direction of a restaurant still open late in the evening. Hotel was a little dated, but very Italian, and very clean. Good shower and great air-con in bedroom. Good value stay."

"This hotel was in a walking distance to the piazza and restaurant, is near by a good restaurant if you walk into the small streets.also easy to walk to the train station! Excellent ubicación! Clean and staff nice! Highly recommended"

"Right at the leaning tower of Pisa . Rooms were of good size and the air conditioning worked well. Lift from foyer works and parking in the town is possible with a permit from the hotel but you will have to locate the park yourself . Very close restaurants and only a 3 min walk to the tower."

"We stayed here for a few days at the beginning of a tour and a few days at the end of our tour. We love the historic area of the hotel. Walkable to all the attractions and 5 star breakfast. The staff if friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle service to and from the airport."

"Compared with hotels in Asia, the amenities here are relatively basic, as slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are not provided. My only other observation is that the bathroom is not completely sealed off from the room, unlike what you typically find in hotels in Asia. As a result, sounds from the bathroom can be heard quite clearly in the room, which can be slightly uncomfortable."

"I’d describe the hotel as “no frills”, but in fairness you get what you pay for. Breakfast is also basic too- not even a toaster. Pastries are plentiful so if you’re sweet toothed - fill your boots. The location for the tower and duomo however could not be better. Staff are polite and helpful and the rooftop bar is lovely for an evening sundowner and are not pricey for where you are."
