The rooms are very clean The staff is Super Friendly and helpful I dont think i have heard the word no not even 1 time in 2 months Theres not druggies everywere + There is 24 Hour Security i even left my car unlocked with money in it and it was safe👍

One of the towels had tons of hair on it. Pool was not clean at all. Five cop cars where there on one of the nights. Made me feel unsafe in this place. Safe in room did not work. Staff were friendly.

First time booking here, pretty easy to get checked in and checked out. Room was clean with no issues whatsoever. Pretty conveniently located right next to the ramp for I-17. Would definitely book here again.

This is a very low budget hotel, there are no amenities except a pool. Parking is good. I would not book this hotel if I was from out of state. It's a good hotel for someone who just needs a cheap place for a night. There are many other hotels in the Phx area for around the same price that are much nicer and many more extras such as breakfast.

Place is a work in progress, seemingly nearing completion. Overall great stay, and really enjoyed the space. Lots of great dining choices near by and shopping as well. Staff was very friendly and I highly recommend Stay 7 Studio

The best experience we had with the property where the office staff and on site security(since the property feels safe due to it being gated). There is a specific young gentleman who wears a red hat that is absolutely amazing and accommodating. We did struggle with obtaining clean linen and towels when needed, although that wasn’t something the staff were able to control. It was hard to obtain pool towels when trying to swim.

It was a good place for the price. I was there for two nights with 3 kids, ages 3 years, 4 years, and 3 months old. We usually traveled during the day and would only come to the room to sleep at night. I mean, it's not Marriott, but I think it was also not Motel 6. They have fenced parking. Overall, it was good.
