I loved staying here, it was very relaxing and convenient for the concert across the street. The pool was very relaxing and so was the jacuzzi. Only cons about this place was the ac was really strong and I could not turn it off. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Great location for downtown events, Suns or Diamond Back games. Very clean and modern building, if not a bit austere. But you are renting a leased apartment and while the limited staff is as helpful as can be e, they can't help you with your booking . Any contact with the lessor is automated, including construction

This location was amazing, the only complaint we had was that the complex came in to do repairs one of the days we were there and we were unaware of this until they maintenance staff showed up. They replaced and painted a door. Which in the grand scheme of this wasn’t bad, but the paint smell lingered for hours after they left. But other than that this really was an amazing location and place to stay.

We stayed at Adeline Luxury Living in Downtown Phoenix. The building and rooms are modern and comfortable, but beyond the physical property I would not stay again due to the Cozy Suites attachment and involvement. My reservation was through "Cozy Suites" — an entirely automated system with zero human contact. This caused multiple problems; once Adeline building staff learned we were Cozy Suites guests, they largely ignored us. Parking is valet-only. The valet offered a cash deal for half-price parking despite a "credit card only" sign. Booking shows EV chargers are on-site (important because our rental was EV-only), yet the valet claimed there were none. After messages to Cozy Suites were ignored, we walked underground and found Level 2 AC chargers on P1 with a strict 4-hour limit—far too short for a 9–11 hour charge. No DC fast chargers exist nearby. We received three Butterfly keypad codes that rarely worked. After repeated failures, the valet gave us a master code, but after 10pm even that failed and we had to wait for other guests or residents to let us in. Messages to Cozy Suites about the chargers and keypads went unanswered or received only automated replies. The pool area has shattered glass replaced by plywood, warped gates to the games room, and pool cues without tips. The building is showing wear that is not being addressed. Overall 2 stars—location and relatively new construction are the only positives. I will not book another Cozy Suites property.

Property was fine but the front door code doesn’t work and valet had to let us in each time. Beware the early check in and late checkout is a request and we didn’t know that nor get notified that our request was denied until after the time we paid to check in at. We later got approved for the late checkout, but I had to reach out and ask since we didn’t get any notification the night before regarding being approved or denied. Before we left somebody entered our unit before we checked out with no notice or knocking. Luckily my partner was in the living area, as I was showering at the time. Overall very poor communication and execution.

Had some complications with Hotels.com, and their process, which I'm still waiting for them to resolve to be fair. However, the hosts of unit were a pleasure to work with, and did the best they could to accommodate me for the issues, and errors that Hotels.com created. I would recommend this place and company to everyone I know.

The check-in process was absolutely horrible. Over an hour late to check in with no customer service. Emails were sent late from customer service. Once I got into the room toilet was broken, towels were stained yellow. Would not recommend.

The check-in process is slower and I have to contacted with the representative for several times. Some towers have bad smell. The washer doesn’t work and I have terrible experience to spend time in going out for laundry. The facility such as washer should be checked carefully by the owner before the visitor enters.

The shower did not work without making an extreme amount of noise. There was an incessant beeping designed to keep the houseless from sleeping, which resonated through every bedroom, which coincidentally makes it so you cannot sleep. This is also NOT a hotel and is instead a luxury apartment tower, so none of the traditional benefits of staying in a hotel apply.
