It was a very convenient location for Old Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. No issues arose during our stay, so no need to involve the host, but the communications and instructions in advance were very thorough and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. ##### Ted H. The location and layout of this rental property was perfect for our vacation, and in a very safe area with plenty of places to eat and shop. We had a few minor issues, but the property manager, Jana was very responsive and helpful. If the rating was between 1 and 10, I would have given it a 9. ##### Kurt H. The condo was exactly as described and was impeccably decorated but still comfortable and homey. Everything was thought of. The location in the park was perfect and very close to the pool which we really enjoyed. The area was perfect for us with shopping, coffee shop, restaurants, and minutes from old town. Jana was very present and quick to reply when we reached out, but during our stay we never had to contact her once because all was perfect. It is located in a lovely, quiet, mostly residential neighborhood perfectly situated near so many things in Scottsdale. A grocery store, Starbucks, a gas station, a pharmacy, and several restaurants are within walking distance, but you're not far from anything to drive to either. The kitchen has the utensils and basics you need. The beds are comfortable, and there are lots of soft pillows. Laundry is in a separate building, but not hard to get to or access. Not as close to Old Town as I thought. We Ubered everywhere and because the Maya Condo complex takes up an entire block, I texted drivers to help them locate building 16\. Renting a car probably makes more sense. I'm fussy about cleanliness and this condo was immaculate. Also appreciated how quiet it was. Literally no noise from the neighbors.
