Location was convenient for local activities, heading to Sedona, or taking in a Spring Training game. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is there were a bunch of small things overlooked. The management company was very responsive and did their best to resolve the issues. Nothing big and would likely overlook them if it was one or two things but it ended up being a bunch of small things I had to request from the management company. There was a coffee maker but no carafe for the coffee so the first morning we had to run out and get coffee. They brought a replacement pot immediately. There was no bottle opener for beers and we made due with a makeshift opener until they brought one. There are four bikes and none of them worked. They sent a technician over who fixed 3 of the four. The oven heating element was broken. We told them on the second day but it needed parts and was inoperable the entire stay. The main hall bathroom toilet didn’t flush so they sent a guy to fix it. It worked for one day and didn’t work after that. The dryer didn’t dry clothes fully and about halfway through the trip we were told it only worked in the manual setting (wish we had known that sooner). Again, the property is lovely and the bed’s comfortable. For the price I wish we didn’t have to deal with these things. I think this property would benefit from having one of the owners stay for a week and see what needs to be addressed ##### connie g.
