"Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this lovely Chalet. We booked this property in the “Bolzano” area for a a trip to the Dolomites. It’s a bit of a drive to the Dolomites themselves but we still enjoyed our stay. It’s very well kept and quiet. We recommend bringing food with you because there are few restaurants in the area or they are closed many days. "This hotel, although a one night stay was incredible. Everything from the beds to the robes were very comfortable and the view was just amazing. Amenities, like the pool and spa were roomy and great to relax in. To top it all off, the next morning there was a beautiful breakfast buffet that had foods like fresh fruits, eggs and more. Overall, this hotel was an awesome stay and I would highly recommend it!"

Ein Abenteuer ist die lange Anfahrt auf der engen Bergstraße und mit jeder Kehre, die sich nach oben windet, staunt man mehr über die atemberaubend schöne Bergwelt. "Die Chalets auf dem Pixnerhof sind wunderschön gelegen und mit viel Liebe und sehr geschmackvoll von Sara und Christian eingerichtet. Ein kleines Paradies auch für Kinder, die sich gefahrlos auf dem Hof bewegen können. Es war alles da, was man braucht und vor allen Dingen war alles super sauber. Auch in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. "Pros: Nette Gastgeberin, nicht aufdringlich aber immer erreichbar. Noch ein kleiner Tipp: mehr Geschirr und die Spülmaschine müsste nicht jeden Tag laufen. Das schmälert aber den Gesamteindruck nicht. Cons: War alles top. Wir hätten gerne Kaffeepads gekauft. Ristretto gab es aber nirgendwo."

"This was a real treat! We took a cable car to get there, and we were immediately greeted by the staff. They showed us around and explained all the amenities. "Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment down to the ski room — something we’ve never experienced before. It immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. On our first evening, the service was again outstanding. Your staff were incredibly attentive, and they introduced you to us as the owner. When you kindly came over to our table, I confess I didn’t fully realise who you were in that moment, and I’m a little disappointed in myself — had I known, I would have loved to speak with you properly. From a customer-service perspective, what you’ve created here is extremely impressive, and I would have enjoyed telling you that in person. I run a software business in London, and I would be extremely happy if my customers’ experience was anything close to what we have experienced here. A few members of your team I would like to give special mention to are Anna at reception; our waitress, whose name I regret I didn’t catch but who I believe is Slovakian; the Greek barman; and the gentleman who I assume is the restaurant or front-of-hou"
