"We arrived at the hotel on Friday 6th March at around 9:30am. The check in process was fine and we were handed our key. We entered the room to find our request for a double bed instead of two singles was ignored. The room was very small for what we expected and it was clear it hadn't been stayed in/cleaned for a while as there was dust build up on the sides and the telephone. The shower was terrible with extremely low flow rate and erratic temperature changes.
The staff in the bar area were very poor. We tried to order drinks at the bar to be told no go and sit down and we will take your order and bring them to you. They took our order but the drinks never arrived. After around minutes of waiting, we went to the bar and AGAIN were told to go back and sit down and they would bring them over, and yet again they didn't arrive. We had to go back for a second time and we refused to go back to the table until they made the drinks which they eventually did. On top of that, one of the drinks was then wrong!
The worst part was when we came back to the hotel at around 11:20pm and asked reception for some water which they REFUSED, saying they don't have any. Their excuse was the bar was closed and they couldn't get it and the night staff didn't know where the water was.
Completely shocking experience and we will never be returning.
This is not a 4 star hotel - this is a 1 star hotel in disguise just because it had a swimming pool."
"Lovely hotel, near to beach. Great breakfast/brunch with lots of choices (I'm vegetarian. ) Bus stops outside hotel, or a short walk up street, into Palma. Great location for plenty of restaurants. Lovely pool area. Staff friendly, professional and helpful. This was our second visit, will definitely return."
"The entire place smelt fresh & clean. Everyone you saw from front desk staff to the laundry team greeted you with a smile & wished you a wonderful day. It was too cold to enjoy the outside amenities but the hot tub spa we did take advantage of…nice & clean but could have been a bit warmer.
The food!!…was overwhelmingly amazing. Thank goodness we were riding as much as we did or we would have gained weight!"
"This is such a lovely hotel 🏨 close to airport, close to beach, excellent rooms, fantastic breakfast and super efficient staff on front desk - definitely will stay again "
