« In the middle of a long distance road trip, my wife and I suffered an engine failure. Long story short, we checked into the hotel around 11pm. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. In the morning, the staffers helped us get reorganized and back on the road. We were treated like family. I am sad to say that while our room was lovely, it was not ready for guests. We found dirty bedsheets and small trashy items behind the furniture and around the room. It made for an uncomfortable night… »

« Clean, comfortable, good value. Staff was five-star. However, I could not get access the internet using either my smart phone or laptop using the hotel WiFi portal. I could connect to the server, but it was not connected to the internet. »

His bathroom threshold was a on inch high wooden board that busted your toe at night. They didn’t provide basic supplies like dish washing liquid or coffee supplies . When I I reported this to VRBO and checked out early. The host text me he was part of a business group in the area and he said I would never be able to rent a place...
