« Great hotel for a great price. Dog friendly but if you don't have dogs, don't worry, there is absolutely no sign dogs have ever been in the rooms, no lingering dog smells etc. I've stayed here twice and on the second stay was in a room facing the road. I'm a light sleeper but wasn't woken by the traffic at all. There's no Aircon in the rooms but you are provided with a fan so be aware if you run hot. Facilities are brilliant and the free cake each afternoon is a nice added extra. Staff are all...

« Nous avons énormément apprécié ce séjour dans cet hôtel SPA historique de la merveilleuse ville de Buxton. Tout était parfait. La chambre était très confortable, très bien équipée. La partie SPA est très vaste avec 3 bassins dont un a un accès extérieur, 3 saunas différents, un haman. Enfin le petit déjeuner continental et/ou anglais est excellent. Nous recommandons fortement cet établissement. »

« Bathroom was clean, though pillows had make-up stains on and the heating was only turned on when we arrive so took a while to warm up. Staff friendly when we arrived. it is above a pretty noisy pub with inside steps from the pub or a fire escape style staircase from outside. Could hear a couple having an arguemnt on the street below as well. All in all, convenient if needing to be in area but not one if you need somewhere a bit more accessible or quiet. »
