"Lovely room - very comfortable"

"The front desk does not stay open as long as they say. Their recording says they are open until 10, but--despite calling and leaving a message about what time we would arrive--the front desk was dark and locked when we arrived at 8:45 pm. We sat on the sidewalk wondering what to do before deciding to call the "emergency" number. Then the person on the phone directed us to the lock box via the phone and helped us get in the room. It would have been nice to recieve a message about procedure ahead of time to avoid the stresss involved with tired travelers not able to access a room after dark. Not a pleasent experience."

"We enjoyed our stay and I'm planning on another just to enjoy downtown Los Gatos. The room we were in had drywall falling off the roof in the shower, and I wouldn't recommend these rooms if you are not comfortable with sharing bathroom space-the trendy frosted glass thing in the bathroom was more transparent than another room we had stayed in, so if you're not comfortable with that level of sharing...it's important to know. Maybe because I booked through Hotels.com they give out lower quality room? But in general, the facility was wonderful, suited our needs, was as comfortable as a hotel can be. I would recommend staying there."

"A hidden gem just outside of downtown Los Gatos. The property is beautifully manicured, the house is immaculate, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our dog very much enjoyed the open areas to romp and I enjoyed relaxing evenings on the patio listening to the sounds of the frogs and the wind in the trees. Our host, Rezan, was so kind and thoughtful. Our communication was excellent, and we even had fresh croissants shared with us, and a beautiful token to take home as a memory. It's the type of place that makes you want to stay forever."

"Be aware this is primarily a loft sleeping situation. If that doesn’t put you off, you will love this location. Private, secluded though not far from the center of town or Saratoga. Ideal if you want to do your own cooking or need a caffeine fix before you head out. We were sorry our stay was so short and we didn’t have time to enjoy the garden more."
