The home features beautiful wood finishing throughout and a cozy decor that adds to the rustic charm. The upstairs just had all new flooring installed, new mattresses in all bedrooms and much more! Bedding accommodations Main Floor (with kitchen and living room) Bedroom 1: 1 Queen and 1 Twin Jack + Jill bathroom Bedroom 2: 2 Twins Second Floor Bedroom 3 at the top of the stairs: 1 Queen and 1 Twin w/ private bathroom Bedroom 4 on the North oceanside: 1 Queen w/ private bathroom Bedroom 5 on the South oceanside: 1 Queen and 1 Twin w/ private bathroom Sun porch: 1 Twin daybed (with a Twin trundle) Additional amenities: Central HVAC, big screen cable TV, washer/dryer, internet/wifi and cable, DVD player, ceiling fans, wet bar with ice maker, coffee pot and Keurig, microwave, iron & ironing board, enclosed outdoor shower, and shared floating dock in the creek. The location was fabulous with the ocean only steps away and the creek/salt marsh on the other side of the house. With the area being a single row of house toward the southern tip of the island, the beach was not crowded. Check in/out was extremely easy and the host was very responsive to needs. Beds were very comfy and we enjoyed the extra space to spread out for differing activities. Very quiet and plenty of outside fun with the beach and fishing creek/dock. Some enjoyed collecting seashell and watching the waves, while others enjoyed a kayak ride. Get groceries before you arrive and there is really no need to ever leave!
