« What a beautiful, private, comfortable peaceful and so many positive adjectives I could use to describe our stay. We went to bed with no siren and traffic sounds from the city and woke up with the songs of birds. Recommend this place for people who need a get away from the hustling of a busy life. « This property is truly beyond amazing. The accommodations were extremely comfortable. The amenities that the host provided were perfect for our needs. Eggs bread milk on hand for our first meal. « The Derg House was perfect for our stay with lots of space and wonderful views from the house and from the garden. We enjoyed all aspects of the house with seating areas for all types of activities. Around the fire pit in the evenings was an especially lovely time and we saw the Aurora Borealis which was very special. Definitely a prime location for trips and for seeing family in near-by Nenagh. « Very quaint cottage in a peaceful setting. We loved seeing the farmer gather his cows each morning as well as enjoying the sounds of he birds by the feeder. Being so rural, it took a little drive to get to any major roadway, but we quickly figured out the best routes. The cottage had many nice little amenities such as instant coffee, tea, seasonings, even fries in the freezer. Owner was very responsive when we had a question and gave us suggestions of things to do and where to eat in the area....

« The house was lovely, clean, well furnished (in a way that makes you feel like you’re visiting somewhere special), and spacious. We loved waking up in the morning to the spectacular views and returning home after sight seeing to a company friendly kitchen and comfortable living room. The hosts who passed off the keys were an added treat: gave us the inside scoop to get away from more touristy attractions to more local ones, and made us feel like we were friends. »

« The most beautiful setting and historic buildings modernized with every comfort. Exceptional decoration and appointments. Our host Marion was lovely and helpful and her scones were delicious. « Quin is a great base for traveling around the west of Ireland. The house is so clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, with the occasional moo from the cows in the field next door. Tony and Maria are welcoming hosts, the scones Maria made for us were still warm when we arrived. Quin is a lovely village a very short drive away. Abbey Tavern is great for a pint or a meal. Highly recommended. »

« We are completely dissatisfied with VRBO. The property they rented us in Limerick, Ireland was occupied! People had been living in it for two months. We were left stranded with absolutely NO support by VRBO. We had to go to a hotel and spend a lot of money until we found a property with another company. This really ruined our vacation in Ireland! Now we just hope we can get our money back! »
