"I was never able to check in. I was never given to check in information. I texted the assigned person six times then I email him three times and never got information. Had to pay twice the rates at other hotels in Paris due to low room availability around New Year's Eve one night in a South Paris hotel and one night in a North Paris Hotel due to low room availability"

"Great location. We were able to walk from the train station to the apartment. It is in the 6th floor and a little narrow stairs for carrying up a full sized suitcase. No AC but the window open was pretty good to cool the place at night. We had 3 bath towels but no hand towels. Great communication with the host. Instructions to get in and lock up were very clear. We would return. "
