Parma Public Library, Hilton : hôtels à proximité

« The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided. »

« The hotel called and cancelled our reservation as we were pulling into the parking lot after check in time. They offered no help in finding an alternate reservation and when I asked to speak to the manager they hung up on me. Went inside the lobby, which smelled so strongly of weed it was almost unbearable. The staff behind the desk was visibily trying to avoid dealing with me, so I left. Only got a refund because Expedia’s customer service is good. The hotel never offered or initiated one »

« The stay here was pretty much OK. It can use a few improvements. Room was nice and clean. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything going on next to me and above me. The lights in the room shut off automatic after a few min, which was crazy if you were sitting in the bathroom. The bathroom only had 1/2 a roll of TP and no spares. Same with paper towels in the kitchenette. The king size bed was hard as a rock and my back felt it the 3 nights I was here. Other than that, it is a decent...

On a du se lever au 2 heures pour démarrer ou éteindre le module. Le couvre-lit était plein de poils de chien. Les tuiles du plancher n'étaient pas clipper.
