There is a changing of the Guard every hour on the hour 24 hours a day. All are a small affair, except 12 noon, this is a spectacle. There is a wonderful National Gardens, next to Parliament, [sorry don't know the name,] worth a visit at the same time
The Parliament building is across the street from Syntagma Square and is a must see. There is also a lot to see in the area.
