This brand new, professionally decorated ski-in/ski-out luxury condo is your gateway to adventure, nestled next to Park City Mountain Resort. Experience the 2320 square foot property boasting a large private covered deck with mesmerizing mountain views. Enjoy a plethora of luxury amenities, including ski-in/out access and access to the community ski tower, skier's lounge, hot tub, and heated pool, perfect for both summer and winter escapes. Just steps away from Park City Mountain Resort Village and half a mile from Historic Main Street, indulge in a variety of dining and shopping options. Explore beyond with the free Park City shuttle at the Park City Mountain Resort Village, offering convenient access to Park City, Deer Valley, the Canyons, and Kimball Junction.

This spacious condo is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. You can access the condo via an elevator from the communal garage to the 2nd floor, leading to the condo's front door and into the main living area.

Electronics: Multiple 4 Smart TVs are available for guests' entertainment in 3 bedrooms and living room.

Living Room: Boasting contemporary decor and filled with natural light streaming in through the large folding deck access doors. Tastefully furnished with a large sectional sofa, multiple armchairs, a 65” Smart TV with a Sonos soundbar, a gas fireplace, and direct access to the deck.

Kitchen: The sleek and modern kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped and features all new Thermador stainless steel appliances, including a 6-burner gas stove top, multiple ovens, ample counter space, and center island seating for 5.

Dining Area: The dining area provides seating for up 10 guests. Guests can enjoy meals with stunning views of the surrounding mountains from the deck.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Grand Master Bedroom 1— This room features a comfortable king bed, armchair, deck access, 55” Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. There is built-in desk with two monitors, keyboard, mouse, docking station and camera - perfect for working remotely. The en suite bathroom offers a heated floor, a dual sink vanity, a large soaker tub with a beautiful stone backdrop, and a large steam shower.

Master Bedroom 2 — This bedroom offers two queen beds, a dresser for clothing storage, access to the deck, an armchair, 32” Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a dual sink vanity and glass/stone-tiled walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3 — This room features a queen bed, a custom built-in twin platform bed, a dresser, 55” Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tile/glass shower. (Please note that this room has no window.)

There is a half bath for added convenience.

Outdoor Amenities: The property boasts a large covered private deck with cushioned sofas and arm chairs, a cozy fire table, and a Weber natural gas grill. The deck provides incredible views of the surrounding mountains, and the glass bi-fold doors from the living room completely open to create a seamless indoor-outdoor space.

Community Amenities: The community amenities accentuate the luxury offerings of this property. The King's Crown Ski Tower, located just up the street, offers a ski locker room and a skier's lounge with comfortable furnishings, bar seating, a big screen TV, après ski snacks and beverages, and ski-in/out access to Park City Mountain King's Crown run. Great space to gather and gear up for your day skiing, as well as relax after an exciting day on the mountain. You will also have access to the common area pool and fitness center during your stay.
