Excellent stay!
We had a lovely time in Paris, and the Vrbo apartment was the perfect place to stay. Now, I will say this was our first time in Europe and I don't have much to compare it to, but I think it was very much as advertised, as expected. There are a few quirks to be aware of: there is a large step in/out of the shower; you have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom (fine for us since we were with our children and don't expect privacy anyway); and the street was very loud on Saturday night, as there's a bar/restaurant down the road (the week nights were totally fine, very quiet). However, none of these things were deal breakers, and I think the listing is very transparent about the design of the apartment and surrounding area, so these issues were not completely unexpected. And speaking of the surrounding area, the location is great. It's a beautiful area, very convenient to the metro and in walking distance to many things. I felt very safe in the area and in the apartment itself. We loved having a well-supplied kitchen and the washer/dryer was so convenient. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and we would definitely recommend staying here!

The property was clean and well equipped. Overall, it was perfect for our visit. We were able to walk to Notre Dame and the Louvre quickly and were a short walk to a couple of different metro stops. Thank you to Jeff and Elizabeth. They made the process quite easy.

Loved the location but more information on how to find it, door color, and code to get in main door would have been tremendously helpful. No answer ever from property manager with numerous calls and texts. However, after we worked out all of that on our own, and reading the manual inside the home, all was fine and great!

I had a fabulous 2 week stay! The apartment is on the ground floor in a courtyard in a secured building (no stairs). The area is very safe and the St Michel metro is right down the street! The place is so comfortable! The beds and linen are dreamy, lots of pillows and spare sheets if needed. The modern kitchen has everything you need, literally! It’s so well thought out for a lovely stay. Note: the coffee machine needs special pods only found at the Nespresso shops which are scattered around the city. The kitchen has about a 8” step down. There’s a washer/dryer combo and a towel heater in the bathroom as well as a clothes drying rack in the closet for the special fabrics 😉 There’s even a safe to store valuables while you trot around Paris! The bathroom does have a step up shower (about 1’) which can be difficult for people with motility issues. Lots of hot water and towels! The apartment is well heated the living room was nice too. Beautiful art decorations. The loft was cute and my daughter used it briefly and said it comfortable. Self check-in was super easy, great instructions, no snags, worries! Jean-Francois was great and connected me with a driver who picked me up from the airport! All around a really great experience and I can’t wait to stay again!

This place was a delight for our 6 nights stay - so close to the attractions/dining options. It made our travel a lot easier. Our young kids really enjoyed the place with the quirky upstair bedding arrangement. The host - Jeff - is super helpful and generous. The place has all the amenities that are inclusive. Wonderful place!

Great location in charming apartment
Fantastic location. Accommodating host. We loved our stay and enjoyed everything Paris had to offer at Christmas time. Noisy upstairs apartment one night, but didn't let it effect our stay. Would highly recommend just always know that noise is a possibility in a city on a weekend, wherever you stay.

I have stayed in several Paris apartments and this is by far my favorite. Convenient and well described check-in procedure, comfortable and cozy furnishings, perfectly outfitted kitchen, lots of towels, great wifi. The apartment is in an ideal location for walking, public transportation, restaurants, tourist attractions. I will plan my next trip around the availability of this apartment.

Fantastic location!
We loved our stay in this apartment. The location is perfect! You can walk to so many great sites, cafes, etc. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The living room felt larger than the photos, and the tv was too. The bed was very comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Fabulous Stay in Paris
Location location location. Additionally the place was super clean and fully stocked with towels, dishware, coffee makers and all appliances. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions. FYI: The door from the street is colored blue, then the door into the unit is colored black. Two other things that may be helpful are the following: the shower is step up into, maybe 12 inches off the floor and those sleeping in the loft will access the bathroom through the bedroom. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Location, location, location!! This is very close to both the RER and metro, making getting around the city as easy as possible. There are lots of stores, restaurants, etc very close by. There is a "skeleton" front door to the entire apartment complex, for which the #11 is not lit up, so we had some trouble finding the place in the middle of the night. We also didn't have wi-fi, and didn't have the skeleton door code, so it made check in a little tricky. For non-Parisians, I think this process could have been a little more clearly explained. I kept wandering around looking for a green door. Also, all the towels smelled of cigarettes, which was tough for me. The place is small, so be mindful of that if you're traveling with all girls like we were. Also, there's a space air conditioner, but it doesn't really work, and it's not possible to open the windows/use the fan as people often were in the courtyard smoking. Overall, it was an adequate stay.

The apartment is an excellent location of Paris with easy access to the Metro, Notre Dame, and the St. Germain area. Access to the room was a little confusing requiring door and lockbox codes and requested communication with the local contact once arriving in Paris, but it all worked out with no issue. The apartment is on the first floor. There are metal shutters covering the windows that apparently can be opened to let light in, but without much window coverings for privacy. Some metal shutters looked old and damaged - we were a little afraid to be opening/closing them. Mosquitoes and allergies (June 2023) were also a a concern. However, there is no other ventilation for the apartment or bathroom. With higher daytime temps, unit became hot a stuffy, especially for sleeping. No AC unit or fans are provided. The unit has a small kitchen and there's a washer/dryer combo unit. Washing clothing or towels was impractical as the unit cycles are long and the drying was not very effective - clothing towels were always damp even after considerable drying. Unless perhaps you're drying a very small load. Teens/young adults were in the courtyard in the evening smoking, talking, drinking, and hanging out. This was a noise annoyance for us on a couple of evenings. While the location is excellent, the livability and amenities may not align with the overall cost and expectations.

Everything was perfect except our arrival. I followed the directions for entering the outer door and the code for the lock box for the keys to the apartment. There were no keys in the lock box. Stood around, tired from out flight with heavy bags. Tried calling the number, could not understand the phone message in rapid French. then within 5 minutes the cleaning staff showed up. They had the keys, they were just late arriving and sourcing up the place. So it was resolved, but my heart did fall at first. the location was perfect and delightful in its quiet. Thank you. I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful find in perfect location
We had the most fabulous stay in this St. Germain property for our first ever visit to Paris. The apartment is cozy, comfortable, perfectly located to shops and restaurants, the metro and really just perfect to access anything and everything. Our host and building manager were attentive and accessible. We have my 82 year old mom the spacious bedroom and my 23 year old daughter and I loved sleeping in the loft area. Trip and accommodations could not have been better. Merci. Merci. Merci!

This apartment was perfect for our first time in Paris - communication with the host was fast and clear every time. We felt safe with the gate that required a code. The apartment itself was the perfect size for 3 friends, we all had our own bed (1 king, 2 twins beds). The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed! A huge bonus was having a washer and dryer, the host also provided laundry detergent for us to use. Overall location was perfect - a 2 min walk to the metro, tons of trendy restaurants and cafes in walking distance, and very safe! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris!

Perfect stay and location!
We could not have chosen a better property. Location, location, location!! I am reluctant to give raving reviews because I don't want this flat to become unattainable in the future....but in all truthfulness, it was almost as perfect as one can get. The check-in process was seamless, the flat itself was very cute and truly did feel like home. I felt very safe also. You enter with a key code from the street into a cute courtyard. Then keys to get into the first floor flat. The kitchen was small, but had everything one needed. We ate breakfast there daily and and a few dinners. The bedroom had a king sized bed(2 twins) and very comfy mattresses(we loved it and looked-IKEA!). Bathroom had great water pressure and lots of storage and plenty of towels. The lofted area had 2 twin beds which was perfect for my older kids to have their own space. The location was truly ideal. 2 metro stations are extremely close, TONS of restaurants and shopping everywhere you turn. Near Notre-Dame, the Siene, Pantheon, and more! Monoprix was a few blocks away for groceries and odds and ends, my son even found a Chipotle and a McDonalds! We have friends in Paris and they also said this location was perfect! Jeff was an amazing host and answered questions almost immediately. Inside the flat you find a folder with helpful information, area shopping, restaurants and some rules. There is a large safe in the bedroom closet where we stored all our passports too. Truly lovely and would not hesitate to return to this flat. One negative was noise from the neighbors. The flat's instruction book states no noise after 10pm(including laundry) and that neighbors have been known to call. We experienced a couple loud parties on Fri/Sat night until about 1am and a couple nights of loud "remodeling" maybe(hammering, furniture moving etc...). So, don't worry to much about not doing laundry or watching tv after 10pm. We were concerned at first then realized, it's no big deal. Just don't have loud music blasting of course!

My husband and I took our 12 year old soccer obsessed son and 15 year old culture/fashion/music/foodie daughter to Paris for Christmas week and the memories made centered around this charming Vrbo! We were steps away from two metro stops that took us everywhere with ease. The home is so quiet at night, just minutes from restaurants and shops. My kids were safe to leave to explore the area or grab their favorite treats without us always by their side. The home had a nespresso machine, oven, microwave, d/w…the works! We made pasta one night and chilled watching Netflix. There were adapters (for US plugs), umbrella, travel books (in TV drawer), extra blankets…basically everything to make you feel at home. Host was very responsive and we would stay again in a heartbeat! Teenagers loved the loft beds and we loved our king bed with door for privacy! Absolute best location down a charming alley. Very Clean, Cozy and Accessible. Amazing location!
We stayed here for 4 nights, right in the heart of old Paris. This property is close to all of the sights we wanted to see. Louvre Museum, Notre Dame, Sainte-Chapelle and Pont-Neuf. The property was super clean and cozy and has everything needed for amenities. The bed was very comfortable. We specifically wanted a ground floor, no stairs, quiet location and this was it! There were 2 small steps to the landing of the front door off the courtyard, but that was no problem for us. There are multiple security measures, the first being coded access from the street to the courtyard and then the access to the property providing a very secure experience. There is great dining within a block in every direction. Communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip and would recommend this property to a couple looking to experience all that Paris has to offer.

Perfect Location in the Heart of Paris
My family had a fantastic stay in this charming Paris apartment. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable for our family of two adults and two teens. As advertised, the apartment is very quiet but just around the corner from bustling streets, delightful cafes, markets and shopping. We visited during the transportation strike and metro was not operating; however, we were close enough to walk to see many of major sites (the Seine, Notre Dame, Saint Chappelle, the Louvre, Sacre-Couer, the Eiffel Tower). Great communication and easy check in process. If we get back to Paris, we will definitely choose this apartment for our stay.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location
Thank you so much for an amazing stay in Paris. . We are a family of 5 with 3 children (ages 9,11,14) and this apartment was perfect for us. We stayed for 4 days. The apartment is located on a quiet street in an amazing neighborhood that is central to all of the major attractions. There is a metro station, several restaurants, and a grocery store near by. Communications with the owner were great. Maeve greeted us upon our arrival to the city and let us into the apartment early. She walked us through the apartment and explained how to use everything. It is a very clean apartment and everything worked perfectly for us. We were provided plenty of towels and supplies. The kitchen has several appliances including a full size fridege/feezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc. I highly recommend this apartment . It is not a large apartment...but with the loft we felt like we had plenty of space for our family. Maeva also set up a car service to the airport for us and it was great...on time and the driver was very nice. Thank you again for an amazing stay in Paris! We hope to come back soon.

I stayed here with my husband and two children (ages 7 & 10) for 4 nights. We absolutely adored this charming apartment! Our kids were so excited to have their own special loft over the kitchen. The old beams running through the high ceilings give so much character to the place. The courtyard was always quiet and had it's own charm with lots of hanging plants. The master bedroom has no windows and was therefore dark as a cave every night, allowing for good sleep. We loved the king size bed--a rare find in Europe! Water pressure in the shower was excellent. The kitchen is tiny but perfectly adequate to make quick breakfasts before we headed out for the day. My only complaint was that it could have been cleaned a little better-- there was a large spill down the side of one of the loft beds and the area between the toilet seat and the toilet tank hadn't been wiped down. Overall, it was clean. When I had questions, it was easy to text our host Maeva for answers. The location was fabulous! We were steps from the bustling and lively neighborhood, full of restaurants and shops. Also very close to several different Metro stops, which made it very easy to get wherever we needed to go. This apartment was perfect for our family and we all agreed we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Location, location, location!
We were two adults and two children. While the kids loved the loft, had they not hung out there, the apt would have been too small for us. While the kitchen is well equipped, we didn't cook or eat in. There is really no place to sit and eat. A phone was advertised but the owner had discontinued service as we learned on arrival, requiring us to use our expensive cell phones. Apt not adequately stocked with paper towels and toilet paper. While I was concerned about heat and no a/c, the fans provided did the job even during the unusual July heat wave. The saving grace was the location, a quiet street off of Place de San Michel near the metro. Nor were we bothered by the noise of the courtyard (including trash pick-ups) outside our window. The driver that was arranged by the owner (a very nice man) for airport transfer was very helpful to have although the driver charged 10 euros more than te owner quoted. Still worth it. Bottom line, with only two people and a working phone, this is a good choice if you plan on eating meals out.

Quiet spot near everything
We loved the little street where this apartment is located. And it was close to most things we wanted to see and do, with buses and metro handy for venturing farther afield. The apartment was attractively decorated, well furnished... the kitchen had excellent appliances - we made much use of the little oven - could do with added equipment such as smaller baking dishes, sharp knives, bread board/ cutting board... About accessibility: as well as the steps from the courtyard to the main door, there is a step down into the kitchen and a surprisingly high step up to the shower. ( I used folded towels to make an extra step!) The pull out bed in the living room is very comfortable, but also uses a lot of space!

I can't even tell you how lovely this home is. My family of 4 felt like we were Parisian's for 6 days. Steps from a subway, fabulous food, and a 5 minute walk to the Notre Damn, the location couldn't have been more perfect. We were greeted within minutes of finding the door, given a very lovely tour of how everything worked and felt like we could call anytime if needed. We were so pleased with our stay at this truly calming oasis! The apartment was exactly as described and in an absolutely perfect location for our week in Paris. It is literally steps from the metro and in such a sweet area of town, we walked the canals and over to Notre Dame almost every evening! The host was so helpful and communication was amazing and quick. The beds were really comfortable we slept so well after our long days taking in the sights and flavors of Paris. The apartment was really clean and so well set up (even for our group of 5). It was safe and quiet. Having our airport pickup arranged made things totally stress-free. What more can we say? Thank you we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the city!

Wonderful apartment in the perfect location
Clean, comfortable apartment steps away from the St Michel metro. The apartment was perfect for 2 people. There were plenty of towels and extra comforters. This place is close to everything. I would highly recommend it.

Great location
Great location- walking distance to the Notredame (12 min), Louvre museum (20 min). Metros, restaurants and convenient stores are all very near. We are a family of 5, so having only 1 bathroom with shower became a bit of a problem when hot water ran out. Apartment is small and a bit old, but comfortable and sufficient. Cleanliness can be improved- plates, utensils and coffee-maker were dirty upon check-in. Kitchen sponge were found inside the shower after someone came to fix the shower head. Lightbulbs were dead and shower head were broken although the management was very quick to come to fix/replace even during holiday season.

Awesome location
We were a group of 3 traveling together. This apartment was in a very accessible location. The owner and manager were very easy to access for questions or to arrange a car service to/from the airport. Comfortable beds and linens and on a very quiet street.
