First, the staff is great, the property is nice and quiet place, clean, convenient, this was my second trip to Paris and I really have a good experience with this place. I will definitely recommend this place to my self for a future trip to Paris or to any friend or person interested on this property.

Matissia provided our family with a wonderful stay in Paris. We look forward to returning! My family included four (two kiddos, 9 & 11). We stayed in the 1-bedroom and enjoyed the layout. It included a living room with kitchenette. My kids shared the pull-out couch in the living room. The couch/bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette had everything we needed – fridge, microwave, stove, Nespresso, and all the plates/glasses you could need. The fridge was stocked with snacks, soda, and juice. The cabinets also included basics – S&P, sugar. In addition, the Wifi was good, TV had available streaming services, and the plugs had converters for USB. The room was quiet throughout the day and night. I didn’t hear any hotel neighbors and the windows were well-insulated against outside noise. We’d open the windows for fresh air and to hear the neighborhood – but if it got too loud, we just closed the windows. Also, good light-canceling curtains. The neighborhood was great! Extremely close to the 7 Metro, 15min walk to Gare du Nord and Sacre Coeur and ten minute walk to two other Metro lines. We felt safe during our entire trip – traveling in the morning or latenight. The staff was phenomenal – offering lots of tips and support throughout the trip. The place was very clean. I felt very welcomed and felt I had made a new friend by the end of the week. Overall, I cannot recommend this space enough – comfort, cleanliness, safety and friendly service made for a wonderful space.

Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Great location - with subway just yards away and restaurants close by also. Accommodations were perfect for two adults and a teenager. Nice to have a frig that was stocked with drinks and a few snacks also.

Our stay was excellent. Staff provided a warm welcome. The room had everything we needed. The hotel was steps away from a bakery and grocery store, so we were able to have fresh, warm pastries for breakfast every morning. Great place for families to stay.

Great boutique hotel, very convenient to Gare du Nord as we came from the UK and will return via Eurostar. Metro stop one minute away so seeing the sights was easy to do. Staff very helpful with our questions and with restaurant suggestions. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Perfect stay!!
My 24 year old son and I stayed here a few weeks ago and it was so lovely and perfect. We booked the quadruple room, and it was great for us as we had our own separate (divided if wanted) spaces-ideal set-up. Small, but really organized, light and cozy. I’m sorry if I’m wrong with the wonderful gentleman’s name who checked us in and was VERY helpful-I believe Gutierre. From recommendations to transport and more, he helped enormously and was so nice to talk to. Spotless room and common areas. TONS of stores and restaurants within immediate walking distance! Fridge stocked with complimentary snacks n drinks. ♥️ Many thanks!

Cozy, clean boutique hotel. Small rooms but unique configuration to have a separate sitting room and really comfortable separate bedroom. No amenities in the hotel (no bar/restaurant/gym) but many bakeries/cafes within a short walk form the hotel. Hotel is very convenient to Gares due Nord and L'Est. Very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable front desk staff.

Convenient and well located, there is a bakery, supermarket, many dining options nearby, metro is a 3 mins walk away. Liked that they provided bottle to refill cold water, and coffee capsules and machine in room. Enjoyed our stay here.

Le Matissia's hosts made us feel very welcome and gave helpful suggestions on local transport, shopping and eating places. Although compact (normal for Paris), we had everything we needed and would happily stay again.

This hotel was a great place to stay. The room was rather small, but we knew that going in, and there aren’t a lot of great options for large rooms in Paris. We had a group of 4 and I was surprised how hard it was to find a place with two bedrooms. Anyway, the staff was very courteous and kind. We were provided with refillable water bottles, snacks, and drinks in the room. They were very knowledgeable about where to go and how to travel. One not so great thing was the A/C in the living room did not work well, but the one in the bedroom worked very well. The tram entrance was very close to the room as well as many restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located at heart of Paris. It is a very convenient location near restaurants and trains. It is also in walking distance to many tourist attractions. I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is perfect for a family of four and located right next to the metro and a block from two grocery stores. The room was clean and had everything you need - small kitchen, air conditioning, pull-out bed for kids or another couple, outlets with coveters, sparkling or filtered water dispenser in the lobby, and friendly/helpful staff. I am celiac and the host gave me numerous recommendations of where to eat and shop.

Best Parisian Hotel
Absolutely fantastic hotel! Very centrally located. Service and communication was fantastic. Super clean and comfortable. Had everything you’d need, full kitchen! (We didn’t use, but still amazing). We were given recommendations and suggestions for around Paris and local restaurants. This would be our go-to hotel in Paris. It held our family of 6 perfectly.

A perfect place to stay in Paris
We had a great time in this appartment. The host was very friendly, patient and with a lot of excellent tips !!! The room was comfortable - Great beds, nice kitchen with everything we needed, and the room is cleaned every day, which is the perfect combination for familis. You even have umbrella on the way out, if needed. Very close to the metro. Many good restaurants on the same street, and close supermarket. We will definitely come back on our next trip!!

Solid option in great location
I was expecting our stay to be incredible based on the reviews. We definitely had an incredible welcome but I thought the apartment was starting to look a little tired and could do with a re-paint. We really struggled to sleep but the apartment air condition was turned off (and not turned on even when we asked as room was 27 degrees at night). Location was wonderful, if I was to stay again I’d book a bigger space and make sure it was after 15th May when air con was officially turned on.
